SharpLink Deployed $200M of $ETH on Linea: Link

SharpLink Gaming (Nasdaq: SBET) is deploying $200 million worth of ETH from its corporate treasury onto Linea, Consensys’ zkEVM Layer 2 network, to generate secure, scalable, and compliant onchain yield. The collaboration unites major ecosystem players - including ether.fi, EigenCloud, and Anchorage Digital - to deliver institutional-grade staking, restaking, and DeFi yield solutions for ETH. This marks a milestone in institutional Ethereum adoption, positioning Linea as a leading hub for regulated, yield-optimized ETH capital.

Linea Introduce Dual Burning Mechanism: Link 

Starting November 4, 2025, every Linea transaction will burn both ETH and LINEA, cutting supply and aligning both tokens’ economics. The burn applies retroactively to fees since September 11, 2025, with 20% of post-cost ETH burned and 80% converted to LINEA and burned on L1. This mechanism makes Linea a perpetual buyer of its own token while reinforcing ETH’s deflationary and yield-generating role in the ecosystem.

ZKsync Proposes Turning $ZK from Governance to Utility: Link 

ZKsync plans to evolve the $ZK token from pure governance into a utility asset tied directly to network activity and enterprise use. The new model channels onchain interoperability fees and offchain licensing revenue into a governance-controlled system that funds staking rewards, token burns, and ecosystem growth.
